Description:
Large Canadian-style open canoes suitable for 3 persons.
Qualified instructors will teach basic beginners strokes - forwards, backwards, sideways, turning, stopping. There will also be some confidence building games played on the water to encourage balance and agility.
Helmet, Buoyancy Aid and windproof cagoule supplied. Participants should be able to swim 50m.
