Judo is an olympic sport and martial art that helps participants to gain
confidence, discipline and keep fit. You will be given opportunities to
compete in competitions or take the non-competitive route. Whichever you
decide you will be given the chance to participate in gradings.
Judo involves throwing and pinning your opponent, along with submissions for
this older participants and is great fun, along with being a good form of
self defence and helps you keep fit.
Come and give it a go.
