Description:
The Mentality project is a youth leadership project at Off the Record.
Young people design and develop a mental health campaign and then deliver workshops to young people at conferences, community festivals, events and in schools and youth clubs.
Volunteers on the Mentality Project also help lead Off the Record by being part of a Steering Group.
