From the 2nd to the 5th of September Save the Children will be taking action at Cabot Circus Bristol Shopping Centre with their campaign “Press for Change”.
Every year 2 million babies die on their first day of life, mostly from preventable causes that could easily be averted with simple medical care. You can help end this global scandal by dropping by and supporting our campaign. We need to get 100,000 thumbprints as a petition in order to put pressure on the UK Government to take a lead at talks on global poverty at the UN Summit in September and to ask them to put a stop to these needless and preventable deaths. To do this we need as many people as possible to come down and Press for Change. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event, you can still support the cause by taking action on our Press for Change Facebook page.
